Before filling up this “Online Form”, please scan and store the following documents as separate files that can be uploaded as required, during the “Online Application” process.
  • Passport size photograph.
    • Size of the photo image must be greater than 4 kb and less than 100 kb.
    • Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) * 4.5 cm (Height) only
    • Candidate should upload coloured photograph of good quality of passport size.
  • 12th class marks sheet
